Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize product performance. Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, launch, pricing, positioning, and end-of-life management. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities and consumer needs. Analyze sales performance, market share, profitability, and key business metrics to drive product growth. Collaborate with Regional Headquarters, Sales, Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful product execution. Lead new product launches by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely market readiness. Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and product availability to optimize sales performance. Prepare product presentations, business reviews, and performance reports for senior management. Recommend pricing strategies, promotional activities, and channel programs to improve product competitiveness. Gather customer and market feedback to continuously enhance product offerings and customer experience. Ensure product compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards
