The Academy Manager is responsible for the overall management, development, and performance of the Padel Academy. This role combines operational leadership, coaching oversight, player development, and business growth to ensure a high-quality training environment, strong community engagement, and sustainable academy success. Key Responsibilities : Academy Operations Manage day-to-day operations of the Padel Academy Plan and schedule training programs, camps, and clinics Oversee court usage, equipment, and facility standards Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding policies are followed Coaching & Player Development Assist in the implementation and continuation of the long-term player development pathway Supervise, mentor, and evaluate coaching staff Ensure coaching methodology aligns with academy philosophy and best practices Monitor player progress and performance outcomes Staff Management Recruit, train, and manage coaches and support staff Create staff schedules and manage payroll inputs Conduct performance reviews and ongoing professional development Business & Growth Drive academy enrollment and retention Develop partnerships with schools, clubs, sponsors, and federations Assist in the monitoring of budgets and operational costs Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and tournaments Customer Experience Act as the main point of contact for players, parents, and members Handle feedback, inquiries, and conflict resolution professionally Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance academy culture Qualifications : Experience in padel or sports academy management Strong understanding of padel coaching and player development Proven leadership and team management skills Good communication and organizational skills Flexible availability (weekends and events)
