Key Responsibilities: Maintain a good relationship with property owners and hotel/property staff. Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards. Manage a portfolio of 40-60 properties. Build and manage relationships with key partners and properties. Liaise with internal departments to effectively manage properties. Analyze business performance and coordinate with property owners on long-term goals. Develop new initiatives to maximize growth and meet customer needs. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency. Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues. Qualification: A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in marketing, communications, or related fields. Minimum 2 years experience on related fields Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is advantageous.
