Job Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day Accounting & Finance operations. Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of monthly financial statements. Monitor the company's cash flow and ensure the smooth operation of cash management activities. Coordinate with the Tax Consultant and oversee the company's tax compliance processes. Review, evaluate, and continuously improve Accounting & Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct financial and business analysis to support management's strategic decision-making. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Supervise the monthly financial closing process and ensure timely reporting. Prepare financial reports and provide recommendations to the Management regarding the company's financial performance and position. Participate in the development and enhancement of accounting systems and processes to support business growth. Requirements Willing to be placed in Jember, East Java. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar role. Strong understanding of the complete accounting cycle and financial statement preparation. Proven experience in cash flow management and financial analysis. Familiar with taxation processes and experienced in coordinating with tax consultants. Proficient in ERP and accounting software; experience with Odoo is an advantage. Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
