About the Role The candidate will be responsible for being the primary point for Technical leadership and leading the design, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from preliminary concept stage to completion. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing innovative designs aligned with project objectives and client expectations. You are expected to be conversant with all stages of a project and possess the relevant experiences required. This is a Project leader position whereby you will work closely with the Director in charge. Responsibilities Responsible for the general design, architectural input and technical management of the projects Complete the day-to-day executive work including design presentations, authority submissions and project correspondence Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing innovative designs aligned with project objectives and client expectations Direct the technical staff on the Preparation and Submission of Forms, Plans and Information required by Authorities for Approvals Directs the Project team in the co-ordination, organisation and preparation of Construction Documents and Drawings Check Design, Submission, Consultants and Contractor Shop Drawings and provide comments. Responsible to the Project Director/Associates and is to liaise with Associate/Architectural Executive and Senior Project Executive. Attend Project/Site Meetings and Inspection Liaise with other consultants Identify and record any product quality problems, to initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels and implement that solution Act as the primary point for technical leadership on projects and act as a mentor to younger Architects when needed Contract Administration Qualifications Degree in Architecture or related field, with relevant professional certifications being an advantage. Minimum relevant experience of 15 years onwards. Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of architectural projects Previous experience in handling diverse projects across varying scales is a plus. Required Skills Strong skills in Architecture Design, All Project Phases and Architectural Technical Details. Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of architectural projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it applies to architectural tools and systems. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD design software and technology relevant to the architecture industry. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and clients. Strong Team oriented architects for coordination work across project teams internally and externally. Contract Administration Knowledge, Understanding and Application of Local Code Compliance. Proficiency in English Preferred Skills Relevant professional certifications. Experience in handling diverse projects across varying scales. Prior experience in mission critical facilities, industrial, laboratory and cleanroom projects Proficiency in Revit design software and technology relevant to the architecture industry. Strong Team oriented architects for coordination work across project teams internally and externally.
