Associate Consultant – Global Business Specialist About Tetra Consultants Tetra Consultants is a Singapore-headquartered management consulting firm providing end-to-end corporate advisory services to international businesses. Our Corporate Advisory division specializes in international company incorporation, financial licence applications, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate banking solutions. Our Accounting and Tax division supports clients with international tax planning, bookkeeping, accounting, and tax compliance. By offering a comprehensive range of corporate services under one roof, we serve as a trusted one-stop solution for businesses expanding globally. About the Job We are seeking a Global Business Consultant to join our Corporate Advisory division. This role is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in international business consulting, project management, and corporate advisory services. Prior internship or working experience in consulting, project management, accounting, or related fields will be an advantage. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided during the first three months to equip you with the necessary technical knowledge and practical skills. As this role involves frequent communication with international clients, government authorities, and financial institutions, candidates should possess excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple international client engagements and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines. Liaise with government authorities, financial institutions, and professional partners across various jurisdictions. Conduct research on corporate, legal, tax, licensing, and regulatory requirements in different countries. Keep abreast of developments in international business regulations, taxation, and compliance. Assist senior management in business strategy, problem-solving, and client advisory matters. Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, and client communications. Core Competencies Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong interest in consulting, project management, and international business. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong command of written and spoken English. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prepare professional documentation in English. Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience are also encouraged to apply. Prior internship or working experience in consulting, project management, accounting, tax, or corporate services is preferred. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) will be an added advantage.
