Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Master and understand Credit Life Insurance products. Explain product details, SOPs, and AJK-related information to Bank staff and customers. Assist Bank Sales in verifying the completeness and accuracy of SPAJ submissions. Accompany customers for medical check-ups when needed. Review and ensure completeness of additional documents (questionnaires, medical forms, etc.). Assist in locating the nearest medical providers when required. Provide additional information and support as needed. Coordinate with the Underwriting (UW) team on pending or urgent cases. Participate in Bank events related to AJK. Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank partners.
