Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Main Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and serve coffee according to company standards, including grinder calibration to ensure taste consistency. 2. Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment properly. 3. Deliver friendly and professional customer service and handle sales transactions. 4. Maintain cleanliness of bar counter, work area, and seating area. 5. Prepare basic reports related to inventory, stock, and beverage requirements. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Minimum Senior High School graduate, preferably Diploma in Food & Beverage. 2. At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar barista position. 3. Good knowledge of coffee, coffee machines, and workplace hygiene standards. 4. Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and able to work in a team. 5.
