Job Title: Branding Manager (Design) Job Level: Manager Department: Branding (Design) – F&B & Lifestyle Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: 18,500,000 - 28,000,000 IDR Working Days: 5 days per week JOB SUMMARY / JOB OVERVIEW: The Branding Manager leads the Indonesia Branding (Design) team and oversees the execution of branding and interior design projects across INITIA Group’s F&B and lifestyle brands .Reporting to the Singapore HQ Branding Director, this role ensures all projects align with regional brand standards while managing a team of Interior Designers, Graphic Designers, and Interior Design Drafters. The Branding Manager works closely with HQ and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, consistent brand experiences . DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to the Singapore HQ Branding Director and ensure Indonesia projects align with regional brand standards Lead and manage the Indonesia Branding team, including Interior Designers, Graphic Designers, and Interior Design Drafters Oversee branding and design projects from concept through completion Review and approve design concepts, layouts, materials, finishes, signage, and presentation materials Develop and maintain brand design standards and documentation Work closely with Project, Construction, Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and HQ teams to ensure successful project delivery Conduct site visits and design reviews to maintain design quality and brand consistency Manage relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other external partners Mentor team members and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture Stay updated on design trends and recommend improvements to strengthen the brand and customer experience. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or commercial projects. Minimum 3 years of experience leading a design or creative team. Strong portfolio showcasing interior design and branding projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software. Strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. KEY DELIVERABLES: Consistent execution of brand standards across all Indonesia projects.
