Office Location: SCBD, South Jakarta Work arrangement: Hybrid Job Description : Assist in collecting, organizing, and preparing data to support business analysis and management reporting. Support the preparation of operational reports, dashboards, and performance review presentations. Help retrieve, clean, and validate data under the guidance of the team to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Assist in analyzing operational performance data related to call center, tele-collection, and telemarketing activities. Support the team in identifying basic trends and insights from data to facilitate business discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and help ensure timely issue resolution. Perform other data-related administrative and analytical tasks as assigned by the team. Qualification : Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (minimum 7th semester), preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or other related STEM majors. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, charts, and common formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS). Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred; willingness to learn is encouraged. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio) is a plus. Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian. A proactive learner with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Able to work from the office at least 2 days per week (Monday and Friday are mandatory). Available for a minimum 3-month internship; candidates who can commit to a longer internship period are preferred
