About the Role We’re now launching our first office in Jakarta and looking for an energetic and creative Business Development & Marketing Specialist to help build PFEC Global’s presence in Indonesia. This exciting role combines business development, networking, digital marketing and content creation. You’ll connect with schools, universities and student communities while helping create engaging, locally relevant content for Indonesian students. If you enjoy meeting people, building networks, following trends and creating content, we’d love to hear from you. Major Responsibilities: A. Business Development & Student Engagement Visit schools, colleges, universities and English language/coaching centres to introduce PFEC Global and build relationships. Develop and maintain connections with student communities, clubs, societies and other youth networks. Identify opportunities for partnerships, student engagement and lead generation. Support and participate in seminars, education fairs, campus activities and promotional events. Stay connected with partners and student communities through regular follow-ups and engagement. Share local market insights and new business opportunities with the team. B. Digital Marketing & Content Support PFEC Global Indonesia’s day-to-day digital and social media marketing activities. Track social media trends, student interests and trending content in Indonesia. Suggest locally relevant content ideas, campaigns, Reels and video concepts to the Marketing Head. Shoot and coordinate Reels, short-form videos, interviews and other social content. Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required. Coordinate closely with the Global Marketing Team for content, campaigns, designs and digital activities. Help ensure PFEC Global’s content feels local, relevant and engaging for Indonesian students. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, digital marketing, partnerships or content creation. Outgoing and confident in meeting and communicating with new people. Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation. Comfortable shooting videos and creating short-form content. Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current Indonesian social media trends. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good working English.
