Key Responsibilities: - Actively source, approach, and build strategic relationships with corporate stakeholders across FMCG, F&B, and related industrial sectors. - Serve as the frontline ambassador to expand Bumibaru's corporate network and unlock partnership opportunities, such as Offtaking, Land Development Programs, CSR projects, etc. - Evaluate, analyze, and read client/landowner profiles and financial readiness to identify opportunities where clients can invest in Bumibaru’s land development programs. - Articulate Bumibaru’s business model and value proposition persuasively to prospective strategic partners. - Map market demands, industrial supply chain needs, and long-term business synergy potentials. Requirements: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a relevant major (preferred fields include Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, Forestry, or related fields) - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Partnerships. - Highly proactive, results-driven, and experienced in direct corporate approaches ("door-knocking") and expanding corporate networks. - Ability to analyze opportunities, evaluate client or landowner profiles, and propose investment schemes or strategic partnerships (upstream-downstream / offtaker models). - Excellent interpersonal and high-level negotiation skills. - Proven track record in driving partnership acquisition goals, skilled at steering the entire lifecycle from initial outreach to contract finalization.
