Currently, we have 5 outlets at PIK, Kelapa Gading, Gading Serpong, Surabaya, Medan and will open at SCBD. Black Owl Gading Serpong is currently looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our Kitchen Team. If you have strong kitchen experience, good leadership, and are ready to work in a fast-paced F&B lifestyle environment, we’d love to hear from you! Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within restaurant, hotel, hospitality, or F&B industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards. Able to lead and coordinate the kitchen team within the assigned section. Detail-oriented, disciplined, able to work under pressure, and committed to maintaining food quality and consistency. Job Description: Responsible for daily food preparation and cooking activities within the assigned kitchen section. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipe, presentation, portion, and quality standards. Supervise and guide Demi Chef, Commis, and kitchen staff during daily operations. Monitor stock, ingredients, kitchen equipment, cleanliness, and proper food storage according to hygiene standards.
