Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving business growth, operational excellence, and high-performing teams? We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our business operations and accelerate sustainable growth across our Agriculture & Industry business. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Growth Develop and execute strategic business growth initiatives, partnerships, and market expansion plans. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with principals and stakeholders to launch new products and services. Drive business expansion through innovative commercial strategies and geographic growth. Sales & Commercial Leadership Lead and oversee nationwide sales operations and performance. Align sales strategies with overall business objectives and long-term corporate goals. Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and revenue growth strategies. Optimize channel management, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation to maximize profitability. Operational Leadership Ensure operational excellence across all business functions. Improve organizational efficiency, productivity, and business processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices. Monitor KPIs and ensure the achievement of business performance targets. Leadership & People Development Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Coach, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams. Lead succession planning and organizational capability development. Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments. Financial & Risk Management Manage operational budgets, capital investments, and cost optimization initiatives. Identify business risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Support strategic decision-making through financial and operational analysis. Qualifications Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the Agriculture, Manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries. At least 5 years of experience in an executive leadership role (COO, Director, VP, or equivalent). Strong business development, commercial, and operational management experience. Proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional organizations. Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken). Location Pondok Indah, South Jakarta.
