Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities Design and calculate civil structures for operational and project requirements. Review and validate engineering designs, drawings, and BOQ calculations from consultants and vendors. Prepare and issue civil engineering drawings for project execution. Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs for plant facilities, machinery, and equipment. Monitor plant, equipment, and maintenance performance to ensure compliance with design specifications and operational standards. Plan, control, and optimize maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency. Support maintenance budgeting, cost control, and spare parts inventory management. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and spare parts usage. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth maintenance activities and minimize operational disruptions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM implementation and adoption of best maintenance practices. Qualification s Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineerin g.Have a minimum 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permittin g.Experience with AutoCAD and other civil drawing software s.Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skill s.
