Job description: Conduct periodic reviews of collection performance to assess cost-effectiveness of collection activities. Analyse collection performance and propose relevant initiatives to improve results. Identify collection-related issues in systems or operations and provide solutions to address them. Initiate the development and updates of internal policies for the Collection & AR Division to ensure all agent operations and collection activities are properly documented. Prepare required data and documentation to support Collection & AR Division projects. Job requirement: Bachelor's degree from any major Minimal 3 (Three) years relevant experience in Banking or Financial Industry Understands banking industry regulations and business processes. Proficient in data analysis, reporting and banking policy Proficient in Excel & SQL Strong analytical and critical thinking skill
