We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Computer Science & Robotics Teacher to teach IGCSE & A Level Computer Science, integrating cutting-edge technology and robotics into the curriculum to equip students with essential digital and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and high-quality instruction in IGCSE & A Level Computer Science & Robotics, following the Cambridge curriculum. Teach core topics such as programming, algorithms, data structures, computer networks, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Introduce students to robotics, automation, and coding, incorporating hands-on projects Develop interactive lesson plans that enhance computational thinking and real-world problem-solving skills. Prepare students for Cambridge examinations and robotics competitions. Integrate STEM-based learning methodologies and foster innovation in the classroom. Provide mentorship and guidance to students, encouraging participation in technology-related extracurricular activities. Design and implement assessments to evaluate student progress and learning outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, interdisciplinary projects, and school technology initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent preferred). Minimum five years of teaching experience in IGCSE & A Level Computer Science and Robotics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Experience with robotics platforms and programming tools Strong knowledge of the Cambridge Computer Science syllabus and assessment criteria.
