Job Description: 1. Execute creative content concepts and bring campaign ideas to life based on the direction of the Social Media Lead. 2. Produce engaging daily content for TikTok and Instagram, including Reels, Stories, Feed posts, and other short-form video formats. 3. Develop fresh content ideas inspired by marketing campaigns and the latest social media trends to maximize engagement. 4. Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos tailored to each platform while maintaining the brand's visual identity and creative guidelines. 5. Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to create content that supports both organic and paid campaigns. 6. Ensure every piece of content is delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. Qualifications: 1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, DKV, Film, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 2. Minimum 1 year of experience creating and editing content for social media, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG industry. 3. Skilled in photography, videography, and editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, and AI-powered creative tools. 4. Up to date with social media trends, platform best practices, and short-form content that drives engagement. 5. Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling, aesthetics, and basic copywriting for captions, hooks, and scripts. 6. Detail-oriented, open to feedback, able to manage multiple projects, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
