Join us as a EI CONTRACT SALES We elevate yourself Job Descriptions: Monitor status and ensure all maintenance contracts that are due to expire are proposed for renewal. Collect, report, analyze and prepare budget for Existing Installation financial data. To come out appropriate strategy to align with Service Leaders’ operation and shareholder direction. Assist to fulfill the update requirement on all Portfolio Movement. To ensure all Existing Installation Service Contracts are in order with the appropriate terms & conditions to protect the company and ensure minimum debts. Attend all safety & environmental training as required by the company and other relevant authorities Report any unsafe conditions or violation of safety and environmental regulation immediately Follow Safe Work Procedures / Instructions Wear appropriate protective equipment for carrying out work Keep all working tools in safe and good working conditions Report all injuries, accidents and /or dangerous occurrences Job Requirements: Education: Desired completed university education Degree Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics Knowledge and Skill: Desired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry, products, market, Sales skills, Communication skill, IT skills, Schindler Finance knowledge, English skills. Customer oriented behavior. Experiences: Desired experience in Sales min 3-5 years
