Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or a related role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply). Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Excellent copywriting, editing, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is an advantage. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Willing to travel for company events or business activities when required. Job Description : Analyzing and monitoring website & social media performance to improve digital marketing effectiveness. Creating visual content (images, infographics, and videos) for online & offline promotions to boost brand awareness in the company's target market. Writing and developing articles (copywriting), as well as internal and external newsletters that are engaging and in line with the company's values. Organizing company events by providing visual content and documentation to ensure consistent branding at every event. Preparing company branding standards (digital materials, employer branding, CSR programs) to make sure branding materials are standardized properly. Managing design documents and digital content within the Corporate & Marketing Communication department to ensure administrative order and compliance with company standards.
