About the role We are seeking a passionate and driven Corporate Sales (B2B) professional to join our team at PT Blue Bird Tbk. In this full-time role based in South Jakarta, you will be responsible for developing and managing key corporate accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our market-leading transportation services. What you'll be doing Proactively identify and target new corporate clients with high potential for growth Manage and grow existing corporate client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Negotiate and secure new contracts and service agreements with corporate clients Collaborate cross-functionally to provide comprehensive transportation solutions tailored to client needs Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies to drive continuous improvement Represent the company at industry events and networking activities to raise brand awareness What we're looking for Proven track record 1-3 years of experiences success in a corporate sales or account management role, ideally within the transportation or services industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients Strong negotiation and contract management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Familiarity with the Jakarta transportation market and strong industry connections Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field About us PT Blue Bird Tbk is a leading provider of transportation services in Indonesia, with a fleet of over 25,000 vehicles and a strong reputation for reliability, safety, and exceptional customer service.
