Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”? What you will do: Strategy & Planning: Develop an annual CSR roadmap that supports the company's sustainability vision and objectives. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with communities, NGOs, government agencies, and other external partners. Monitoring & Evaluation: Measure program effectiveness through data collection, impact analysis, and periodic reporting. Communication & Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing and People Partner/HC teams to communicate CSR initiatives to both internal and external audiences, enhancing the company's reputation and employer brand. Compliance: Ensure all CSR activities comply with applicable government regulations and industry ethical standards. What you will need: Education Bachelor's Degree in Social Welfare (preferred), with social worker certification being an advantage; or other relevant social science disciplines. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainability/ESG, Public Relations, or Community Development. Additional Knowledge & Skills Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the company's business landscape and the social and environmental issues relevant to the industry. Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing medium- to large-scale projects from planning and execution through to monitoring and reporting. Networking: Extensive network with external stakeholders, including communities, NGOs, media organizations, and government institutions. Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, particularly for sustainability reporting and public communication materials.
