Role Description Produce PLABS's visual craft and hold the brand standard used across the company's work, from identity and design systems to digital properties and company content. Responsibilities Produce PLABS's brand and visual craft across every company-facing surface. Build and maintain the design system so the brand stays consistent as it scales globally. Produce the company's visual content, including channel posts, big-day announcements, and event visuals. Keep our digital properties visually sharp, current, and aligned with the broader brand. Produce external-facing visuals and assets in support of the Project function. Requirements Portfolio required alongside your application. 3+ years of experience in brand or visual design. Brand and visual craft is your clear strength, demonstrating a deep understanding of identity, layout, typography, and composition. Comfortable operating across the visual toolset (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, etc.). Motion or editorial skills are a strong plus. Takes critique on delivered work gracefully and iterates without friction. Highly self-directed; able to execute and ship high-quality work on deadline with light oversight.
