* Menciptakan booking dengan melakukan penawaran produk-produk FIFGROUP (FIFASTRA, DANASTRA, SPEKTRA, dan AMITRA) kepada konsumen walk-in cabang dan konsumen yang melakukan pengambilan BPKB, serta menginput order melalui e-form * Melakukan Aktivasi FIFGROUP Card atas konsumen berstatus New dan Aktivasi FIFGO bagi konsumen dan calon konsumen FIFGROUP * Melakukan follow up data potensi CRM System dan penawaran seluruh produk produk FIFGROUP (repurchase, upselling, & cross-selling) dan mengisikan hasil tindak lanjut ke dalam sistem sesuai dengan kondisi sebenarnya * Melayani konsumen dalam pengambilan BPKB di kantor cabang * Menerima dan mencatatkan pengaduan konsumen, serta memberikan penjelasan prosedur Layanan Pengaduan dan informasi jangka waktu penyelesaian, serta menatausahakan dokumen penerimaan hingga penyelesaian pengaduan * Melayani konsumen dalam melakukan perpanjangan STNK
