What Will You Do Develop and implement customer retention strategies to improve customer loyalty, repeat business, and overall customer satisfaction Analyze customer behavior, retention trends, complaints, and churn patterns to provide actionable business insights Lead customer retention initiatives, including loyalty programs, engagement campaigns, and service recovery actions Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with a customer-centric approach Establish and monitor customer service standards, KPIs, and performance metrics Lead digitalization and process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations related to customer handling and consumer protection Who We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, Marketing, or related fields from a reputable university Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Retention, Customer Experience, or related functions, preferably within financial services, multifinance, or heavy equipment industry Proven experience in handling customer complaints, retention programs, and service quality management Strong understanding of customer journey management and customer engagement strategies Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and identify improvement opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities Customer-oriented mindset with strong leadership presence while managing cross-functional coordination Fluent in English, both written and spoken
