We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at XL. Responsibilities 1. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests. 2. Provide accurate information regarding XL products, services, and promotions. 3. Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Record and update customer information accurately. 6. Follow company procedures and service standards. Requirements 1. Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate. 2. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. 4. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. 5. Basic computer skills. 6. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or telecommunications is a plus.
