Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via marketplace, website, email, and WhatsApp. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Manage customer reviews and provide appropriate responses to maintain store performance. Handle after-sales service processes, including warranty claims for products such as breast pumps, strollers, and sterilizers. Coordinate with internal departments regarding product inspections, replacements, and service approvals. Monitor service progress and keep customers updated throughout the process. Support promotional campaigns by sending broadcast messages and assisting customers with product purchases. Build positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service, preferably in e-commerce or retail. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Comfortable handling customer complaints professionally. Familiar with marketplaces and customer service platforms is a plus.
