Job Description Engage with our key merchants and help resolve issues and inquiries. Actively seeking feedback from our customer and find their pain points to offer our solutions Conduct product demonstrations and explain functionalities to customers, ensuring clear understanding. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs. Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to identify expansion opportunities and increase customer value. Qualification Diploma Degree/bachelor's degree in communication or management Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in Account Manager or Customer Success Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative Customer Service oriented Placement: Jakarta Join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of identifying top talent to drive the success of our organization. 😎😎
