Key Responbilities: - Proactively handle and follow up on leads via WhatsApp, email, and digital channels - Guide users seamlessly through the pipeline Sign Up ➡️ Draft ➡️ SME Report - Maintain accurate CRM data, status updates, tags, feedback, and follow-up records - Identify and coordinate qualified leads with the Business Development team - Address basic customer questions and identify their specific needs - Prepare structured daily and weekly activity reports Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor Degree S1 with experience in Customer Service or Customer Support fields - Solid understanding of CRM systems and high accuracy in data management - Warm and persuasive communicator able to build quick rapport and guide users through chat - Proactive and resilient in handling high-volume leads and repetitive follow-ups - Quick learner who is willing to understand new products and business processes - Driven by a strong customer success mindset focused on helping and owning leads until a clear outcome
