Alist Distribution sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi FULL TIME DIGITAL MARKETING SPESIALIST untuk Meta Ads dan Google Ads Terbuka untuk REMOTE atau ONSITE. Kandidat harus sudah terbiasa menjalankan iklan end-to-end dan siap langsung bekerja (no training needed). Pengalaman dengan Klaviyo merupakan nilai plus. 📌 Tugas / Responsibilities - Mengelola dan mengoptimasi campaign Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) dan Google Ads secara end-to-end. - Melakukan riset audience, keyword, dan kompetitor. - Membuat dan menguji strategi creative testing (copy & visual). - Monitoring performa iklan harian (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate). - Melakukan scaling campaign yang profitable dan mematikan campaign yang tidak efektif. - Menyusun laporan performa iklan secara berkala. - (Nilai plus) Mengelola email marketing menggunakan Klaviyo & Go High Level. ✅ Syarat / Requirements - Berpengalaman menjalankan Meta Ads dan Google Ads minimal 3 tahun (wajib). - Terbiasa mengelola budget iklan dan optimasi berdasarkan data. - Memahami konsep funnel, conversion tracking, dan pixel. - Mampu bekerja mandiri dan langsung eksekusi tanpa training. - Memiliki portofolio atau studi kasus campaign sebelumnya. - Disiplin, komunikatif, dan bertanggung jawab. - Pengalaman di e-commerce / fashion / luxury brand menjadi nilai tambah. - Bersedia bekerja di luar jam kerja apabila terdapat kebutuhan pekerjaan tertentu. - Hanya untuk kandidat yang serius dan memiliki niat bekerja. - Wajib menyertakan nomor referensi/kontak dari tempat kerja sebelumnya untuk keperluan reference check. - Mahir Bahasa Inggris WAJIB!
