Donor Care Assistant

Position Purpose: To provide high-quality donor service through multi-channel engagement, manage donor inquiries and requests, maintain accurate donor information, and support donor retention through save and stewardship activities. The role works collaboratively within the Donor Care Team and across other relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of donor issues and delivery of excellent donor experience. This position plays a key role in strengthening donor satisfaction and retention within UNICEF values, policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: A. Donor Service & Engagement · Respond to donor inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints through approved communication channels in a timely and professional manner. · Conduct outbound donor engagement activities as assigned, including donor retention/save activities, payment issue resolution, stewardship, and other donor care initiatives. · Ensure all donor engagements comply with UNICEF's ethics and standards, data privacy policies, and organizational procedures. B. Donor Data & CRM · Record donor interactions accurately with complete documentation of donor cases, requests, and outcomes. · Perform accurate donor information updates, requests, and related administrative activities within relevant systems. C. Cross-Team Coordination · Collaborate within the internal Donor Care team and across other relevant teams to facilitate the resolution of donor inquiries, requests, and service-related issues. · Follow up on donor cases and escalations to support timely resolution and ensure a positive donor experience. D. Continuous Improvement & Other Support · Support continuous improvement of donor care processes, donor experience, service quality, and other donor engagement initiatives. · Perform other duties and responsibilities reasonably related to donor care and donor engagement as assigned by the supervisor.
