Job Description Manage the daily operations of Shopee Mall and TikTok Shop Mall, & Other Platform ensuring smooth and efficient store performance. Operate and manage all backend functions of both platforms, including product management, campaign setup, and store maintenance. Register and manage participation in platform campaigns, with a thorough understanding of campaign requirements, processes, and timelines. Ensure full compliance with Shopee and TikTok Shop policies by monitoring platform updates and implementing necessary operational adjustments. Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including product titles and detail pages, based on Indonesian customer behavior and search trends to maximize visibility and conversion. Monitor store performance and operational data, identify issues, and propose improvement initiatives to achieve business targets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and timely execution of all store-related activities. Perform other operational tasks as assigned to support overall e-commerce business objectives. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 2–3 years of experience in Shopee and TikTok Shop Mall operations, with a solid understanding of both platforms' operational processes and backend systems. Experience managing official brand stores or brand-side e-commerce operations is highly preferred. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Comfortable working on a rotating schedule, including bi-weekly midnight (00:00) price checks when required. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced formulas. Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, execution, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
