Requirement Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online business trends Familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) is a plus Basic understanding of product listing, pricing, and promotions Able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Creative thinking is a plus (for campaign & content ideas) Available for internship period (e.g., 3 months) Willing to work onsite at Cengkareng Business City, Tangerang Job Description Manage and grow store performance on Shopee and TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth daily operations and continuous sales growth Optimize product listings and store appearance (SEO-friendly titles, engaging descriptions, and compelling visuals) to boost conversion Plan and execute promotional strategies, including marketplace campaigns and voucher programs Monitor end-to-end store performance (stock availability, order fulfillment, customer reviews, and overall satisfaction) Analyze ads and sales performance, optimize budget (ROAS), and deliver regular reports with actionable insights
