Drive cross-selling initiatives across multiple Sparks Education programs Engage with parents through both offline and online channels to drive student enrollment across multiple Sparks programs Convert trial participants and existing students into paid enrollments through effective consultation and structured follow-up Manage end-to-end sales pipeline and ensuring strong conversion at each stage Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in sales roles (Experience in education industry is a plus) Proven experience in B2C sales with targets Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in engaging with parents Ability to probe and understand customer needs, and translate them into relevant solutions
