Do you have a passion for storytelling and a knack for closing deals? Turn wanderlust into reality as our next English-Speaking Sales Specialist! We are looking for a dynamic, energetic relationship-builder to connect with international travelers, design unforgettable custom itineraries, and drive bookings. If you love travel and know how to sell an experience, we want you in our team. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and accurately to global inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms. Maintain communication with clients in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia, delivering outstanding customer service. Actively sell Come2Indonesia’s travel packages and consult with clients to understand their needs and craft personalized, profitable tour packages. Follow up with clients’ needs and issues before, during, and after the trips and work on resolution promptly with the related team members. Guide prospects through the sales pipeline, overcome objections, and reach booking targets. Work closely with products, operations, and ticketing to confirm bookings, pricing, and special requests. Track all client interactions, pipelines, and booking data accurately within our sales system. Provide training and coaching to new team members as needed. Follow up with clients needs and issues pre, during, and post trips. Qualifications & Skills: Indonesian citizen with 2 - 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry or travel/tourism sector. Experience in sales management is a plus. Highly proficient in written and spoken English is mandatory. Ability to demonstrate strong customer service orientation. Proficiency with CRM tools and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and fast in adapting to new systems. Ability to thrive under target pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Ability to provide training and coaching to new team members as needed.
