Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Business Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into effective ERP solutions. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support ERP system configuration and testing. Daily tasks include conducting requirements workshops, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, and assisting with user training and post-implementation support. The role also requires monitoring system performance and ensuring ERP solutions continue to meet evolving business needs. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve complex business problems. Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder communication. Experience with Business Process mapping, evaluation, and optimization. Ability to define, document, and manage Business Requirements for ERP implementations. Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and related workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Experience in technology or consulting environments is an advantage.
