Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PSAK/IFRS standards Manage monthly tax compliance (WHT & VAT) and annual CIT reporting Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheet schedules Lead annual audits, including actuary reports for pension obligations Handle month-end closing processes including revenue recognition, deferred and unbilled revenue Maintain and manage cash flow Update monthly consolidated financials, investor, and internal reports using HQ templates Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting standards Lead and develop the Indonesian finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to provide financial insights and support Drive process improvements to optimize financial accuracy and efficiency Handle ad hoc projects and additional assignments as needed Requirements: Qualified accountant with strong accounting and control background 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced or media-related industry Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role Proficient in Excel (daily use) and QuickBooks (financial system) Deep understanding of PSAK, IFRS, and financial regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization Fluent in English, both written and verbal Experience working with regional teams and stakeholders is a strong plus
