About the Job As a Finance & Accounting Officer, you are responsible to support the company’s financial accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance activities. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely financial reporting, and compliance with applicable OJK regulations, particularly for financial services/multifinance operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in OJK regulatory reporting and SILARAS OJK, with a strong understanding of accounting processes within the financial services, multifinance, fintech, or related industries. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate daily, monthly, and annual financial accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and supporting schedules. Perform account reconciliation, including bank, receivables, payables, and other financial accounts. Support the preparation and submission of OJK regulatory reports accurately and within the required deadlines. Handle and maintain SILARAS OJK reporting, including data preparation, validation, submission, and follow-up on reporting discrepancies or corrections. Ensure financial and regulatory reporting data is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned between accounting records, internal systems, and OJK reporting requirements. Monitor and interpret relevant OJK regulations and reporting requirements and coordinate with related teams to ensure compliance. Assist in preparing supporting documents and data for OJK reviews, audits, and regulatory inquiries. Support internal and external audit processes, including preparation of supporting documents and responses to audit findings. Identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial data and coordinate corrective actions. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial and regulatory reporting records. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably within a multifinance, fintech, banking, lending, or other financial services company. Mandatory hands-on experience in OJK regulatory reporting. Mandatory experience using SILARAS OJK for regulatory reporting/submission. Experience in account reconciliation and financial data analysis. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
