FAT ADMINISTRATOR 📍Placement: Branch Balikpapan Key Responsibilities: • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, tax invoices, collections, and AR aging • Handle customer administration and credit verification • Maintain accurate transaction records in the ERP system • Manage branch petty cash and documentation • Support inventory administration, stock reconciliation, and goods receiving documentation Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields • Minimum 1 year of experience in AR, Finance Administration, or Accounting • Strong understanding of AR management, collection processes, and account reconciliation • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems (Odoo is a plus) • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
