Requirements: - Minimum education: S1 from an Accounting major - Professional in English - 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, or related roles - Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes - Comfortable working with spreadsheets and finance systems in a tech-driven environment - Experience in tech or platform-based environments is an advantage - Familiarity with Oracle - Data analysis and reporting skills - Exposure to audit processes - Experience in Finance Administrators - 2 - 3 years experience in related role and start-ups Job Description - Finance Administrative Support - Provide administrative support to finance teams, including documentation, filing, and data management - Assist with invoice, expense, and payment documentation processing - Support compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and process standards - Coordinate internal requests, approvals, and communications within the Finance department - Support finance operations with schedule tracking, reporting preparation, and record maintenance - Record Maintenance & Data Integrity - Maintain accurate records in finance systems and ensure data completeness *Please submit your CV in English.
