Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirements: - Diploma 3, preferably Mechanical Vocational or Engineering background. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in operational administration or fleet management (e.g. car rental services, public transportation companies). - Strong mechanical technical skills for two wheel and/or four wheel vehicles, - Intermediate level proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including spreadsheet formulas. - Data analysis capability using logic and operational judgment. - Familiar with laptop use, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and relevant mobile applications for administrative work. - Willing to complete practical test cases during the selection process. - Valid SIM A and able to drive a car. - Understanding of e motorcycle (e moto) vehicles is an advantage. - There will be test case for GSheet and SOP Job Description: - Act as Inspection Coordinator for vehicle checkpoints (Jabodetabek & Non Jabodetabek). - Coordinate and manage all vehicle checkers at rental pools. - Conduct and validate vehicle inspection and checkpoint results against SOP standards. - Verify inspection data accuracy and completeness. - Identify, classify, and document vehicle defects based on defined defect classifications. - Analyze inspection data using logic and operational instinct to identify trends and issues. - Understand and explain how and why defects occur, including root cause analysis. - Support continuous process improvement by reviewing, updating, and maintaining SOPs. - Maintain inspection records, reports, and operational documentation. *Please submit your CV in English.
