Body Factory Bali is a lifestyle group based in Bali, operating across several business units, fitness, residences, F&B, retail, and wellness. Unified under one brand ecosystem. Our F&B outlets are not standalone restaurants. They sit inside a wider lifestyle experience, serving a community that comes to us for training, living, and recovery. That makes the food and beverage side of the business both a revenue driver and a core part of how people experience the brand . Job Scopes Own day to day operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistent service standards without flattening what makes each outlet distinct Build and lead the outlet teams. Structure, hiring, training, scheduling, and daily management Own outlet level P&L: revenue, cost, and operating expenses, with clear performance metrics across outlets Control food and beverage costs through portioning, waste tracking, stock control, and yield management Manage supplier relationships and purchasing, negotiating pricing and terms directly Work with kitchen and bar teams on menu execution, quality consistency, and costing of new items Act as the central point of coordination between F&B and marketing, ensuring promotions and launches are executable on the floor Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements Report regularly to group General Manager on sales, cost variances, and corrective actions Recruitment Criteria Minimum 4 years in F&B management, with at least 2 years running more than one outlet or a high volume operation Demonstrated P&L ownership with evidence of improving margins or controlling costs Strong command of inventory, purchasing, and cost control systems Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain F&B teams Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, or health-focused F&B concepts strongly preferred Working knowledge of Indonesian food safety, hygiene, and licensing standards Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia Hands-on and present on the floor, calm under service pressure Based in Bali or willing to relocate; role requires regular presence across outlets
