We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Art Director with strong digital-first experience who is very familiar with production in an agency environment. This role is for someone who is hands-on, understands how ideas translate into real executions, and can work closely with production teams while also running smaller productions independently. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead strong visual ideas for digital campaigns, social content, and integrated work Be closely involved in production processes, including photoshoots, video shoots, and content creation Work hands-on from concept to final delivery, especially for digital and social assets Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, producers, and account teams in a fast-paced agency setup Ensure creative ideas are feasible, on-brand, and well-executed within timelines and budgets Maintain high visual standards across all outputs Requirements 6+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in a creative or digital agency Strong understanding and hands on experience of production workflows (photo, video, post-production) Comfortable being hands-on and involved in day-to-day execution Solid experience creating digital-first and social-led content Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools Able to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and storytelling skills Nice to Have Understanding of motion, video editing, or post-production workflows Experience working with fast-moving brands or campaigns
