We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Views Editor to join our team. This role is responsible for transforming raw footage into highly engaging long-form and short-form content that maximizes audience retention and platform performance. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, internet culture, and social-first editing for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital channels. Responsibilities Edit engaging long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other digital platforms. Craft compelling narratives through pacing, transitions, cuts, captions, sound design, and visual storytelling to maximize viewer retention. Design and incorporate motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds, and visual effects to enhance content quality. Handle post-production processes including color correction, audio enhancement, subtitles, motion graphics, and final exports. Collaborate closely with producers, content strategists, and creative teams to align with creative direction and meet deadlines. Organize, manage, and archive editing assets efficiently. Stay up to date with social media trends, editing techniques, platform best practices, and emerging content formats. Requirements Proven experience as a Video Editor, Views Editor, Content Editor, or in a similar creative editing role. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing software. Strong motion graphics skills, including creating animated text, transitions, and visual assets. Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and engagement-driven editing. Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other social-first content formats. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Portfolio or demo reel showcasing editing and motion graphics work is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience editing creator, entertainment, lifestyle, interview, or branded content. Strong understanding of content performance metrics and audience optimization. Experience creating graphics packages, thumbnails, or other visual assets for digital content. Nice to Have Experience working with creators, media companies, digital agencies, or production houses. Knowledge of viral editing styles, meme culture, and current social media trends. Comfortable appearing on camera for behind-the-scenes content, creative collaboration, or production support when needed.
