✨ Qualifications • Minimum D3/S1 from any major (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply) • Interested in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Target-oriented and highly motivated • Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills • Willing to be placed at the nearest branch based on domicile • Experience in banking sales, funding, wealth management, or financial services is an advantage 💼 Job Description • Acquire new customers and build a strong funding portfolio • Market and promote banking funding products, including Deposits, Savings, and Bonds • Identify potential customers through canvassing, networking, referrals, and other sales activities • Build and maintain long-term relationships with priority and prospective customers • Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable financial solutions • Achieve individual funding targets ranging from IDR 250 Million to IDR 2 Billion per month • Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up activities • Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction • Maintain customer data and prepare sales activity reports 🕒 Working Details • Contract Employment (Full WFO) • Monday – Friday | 08.00 – 17.00 💰 Salary & Benefits Basic Salary (Based on Level): • Basic: Rp5.730.000 (Jakarta), other regions follow UMP • Intermediate: Rp6.600.000 (Jakarta & Surabaya), other regions Rp5.532.000 • Advance: Rp7.200.000 (All Regions) ✨ Additional Benefits: • Performance Bonus / Incentive • BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan • Transport Allowance • Compensation Benefit
