Job Desctiption : Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations, policies, procedures, and applicable laws, and monitor their implementation across the workplace. Manage security activities across AMO/Depo, including coordination with security vendors, improvement initiatives, and monthly reporting. Organize HSSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders. Monitor occupational health & safety practices, maintain HSSE management plans, and ensure proper documentation. Manage government and external stakeholder relations related to HSSE matters. Manage vehicle rental, usage monitoring, and vehicle records across AMO. Monitor daily GA activities, and improve work accuracy, efficiency, and process lead time. Manage external and customer requests, including goods and business trip requests, ensuring proper and timely delivery. Prepare and maintain reports, proposals, and documentation related to HSSE, security, and GA activities. Handle incidental tasks and incident-related matters as assigned by superiors. Job Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Management or related functions. Good understanding of General Affairs operations, vendor management, travel management, and office services. Strong organizational, coordination, and administrative skills with good attention to detail. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in cost and expense monitoring. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
