Job Description - Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations. - Input, update, and maintain data and administrative records accurately. - Use computers and office software efficiently for administrative processing. - Provide administrative support to different teams or departments as needed. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure administrative processes run smoothly. - Organize, maintain, and archive documents in a structured filing system. - Support document preparation, data entry, and record management. - Ensure administrative data is complete, accurate, and updated regularly. - Assist in general office coordination and routine reporting. - Help maintain efficient administrative workflow in the office. - Support supervisors or management with assigned administrative duties. - Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
