Responsibilities Design day-to-day social media visuals for the game and esports channels — feed posts, cover images, Stories, and platform-specific formats Produce promotional posters and key visuals aligned with game version updates, in-game events, and esports match milestones Bring independent creative thinking to each brief — develop concepts and visual expressions that fit the game's brand identity and aesthetic Follow competitor games' visual marketing approaches; analyze strong design work to inform continuous improvement and content iteration Build and maintain a reusable template system to accelerate output for recurring high-frequency scenarios like match days Collaborate closely with the content strategy team to ensure all visual assets are delivered on time and on-brand Requirements Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent design tools Strong artistic foundation with independent creative thinking; skilled in visual atmosphere, color, and composition Familiar with gaming industry visual language and marketing aesthetics; has a feel for action/esports game design styles A genuine gamer and gaming content consumer — follows gaming visual trends and has an intuitive sense of what appeals to players Strong execution and time management; able to maintain output quality under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment English could be used as working language Portfolio required with publicly viewable social media design work Preferred: Basic motion design or GIF animation capability; prior SEA gaming project experience is a plus; Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) — able to integrate AI into the design workflow to accelerate ideation and asset production
