About the Role We are looking for an experienced Head of Quality Operations to lead and oversee the company's end-to-end quality operations across manufacturing. This role is responsible for ensuring products consistently meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement throughout the entire manufacturing process. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and manufacturing operations within the FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industry, combined with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations. This position requires close collaboration with third parties Production & Quality team, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, Product Innovation, and external suppliers/manufacturing partners to establish a strong quality culture and ensure manufacturing operational excellence. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields. . Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control within FMCG, cosmetics & personal care, pharmaceutical, food, or related manufacturing industries. Minimum 7 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, or other relevant quality standards). Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, including raw material receiving, production, packaging materials, warehousing, microbiology, QC & QA, and product release. Experience working closely with Production, Engineering, PPIC, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, Product Innovation and R&D to improve manufacturing quality and operational performance. Proven experience in handling internal and external audits, customer complaints, deviations, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Willing to work full-time (WFO) in BSD, Tangerang Selatan. What You Will Do Lead and manage the company's overall Quality Operations, including Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities. Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems, policies, procedures, and standards across manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with GMP, applicable regulatory requirements, customer standards, and company quality policies. Oversee quality performance throughout the entire manufacturing process, from incoming materials to finished goods release. Collaborate closely with third parties Production & Quality team, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and external manufacturing & supplier partners to ensure product quality and process consistency. Lead investigations related to quality issues, customer complaints, non-conformities, and deviations, while ensuring effective implementation of CAPA. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and operational excellence. Manage internal and external quality audits, supplier quality assessments, and regulatory inspections. Establish quality metrics and monitor KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support business objectives. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Quality team while fostering a strong quality culture across the organization.
