Position: Head of Finance (TUKL) Level: Deputy Department Manager Location: Lamongan, East Java, Indonesia Responsibilities end-to-end finance and accounting operations in Indonesia Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with Group standards and IF Ensure compliance with internal controls, delegations of authority, and Group finance policies. Act as key liaison with Group Finance, external auditors, and regulators. Manage existing bank loans and financing facilities, ensuring compliance with loan covenants and reporting requirements. Prepare cash flow forecasts to support funding needs and debt servicing. Establish and enforce credit control policies to minimize financial risk Manage customer credit limits, collections, and overdue receivables Develop dashboards and reporting tools for aging analysis and credit exposure monitoring Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and variance analysis Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management and shareholders. Coordinate with the Group CFO to ensure consolidated reporting and strategic alignment. Support business planning related to expansion, profitability, and operational efficiency. Ensure full tax compliance across all business activities and statutory requirements Optimize tax structures, incentives, and planning to enhance overall tax efficiency. Lead and manage tax audit procedure including preparation of documents and liaison with tax authorities when required. Lead and develop the local finance team, promoting strong controls and accountability. Act as finance business partner to the Country Manager and leadership team. Coordinate effectively across countries Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles Experience in multinational or regional organization Strong understanding of Indonesia statutory accounting and tax regulations Strong English proficiency for regional reporting and communications Strong integrity and ethical standards Ability to work under pressure with tight reporting deadlines Commercial mindset with strong analytical capabilities Confident communicator able to challenge and influence stakeholders Able to operate effectively across cultures and geographers Fluent in Thai and English (both spoken and written)
